PATRIOTIC DAY IN MOSHCHUN

On a rainy and unusually chilly spring day, the grey-haired village of Moshchun welcomed guests and participants of the XXIII International Media Festival-Competition "Press Spring on the Dnieper Slopes", who visited the memorial complex #MoshchunAngelsOfVictory.

Oksana Dobrovolska, Director of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth, spoke about the fierce battles that took place here.

The guests could not hold back their emotions. They laid flowers along the Alley of Heroes, explored restored bunkers, journeyed through virtual routes of the forest edge and reconstructed scenes of the horrific battles. They peered into the faces of the defenders.
