PRESSSPRING MEETINGS 🌈💙💛

The "Incredible" meeting took place at the Information and Creative Agency "YUN-PRESS" Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth to celebrate #InternationalMotherLanguageDay, in a friendly circle of young media professionals and the #AllUkrainianWomen'sSocietyOfOlenaTeliga.

The participants had the opportunity to engage with renowned Ukrainian writer, screenwriter, and lecturer at the Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema, and Television named after I. Karpenko-Kary – Iryna Rozdobudko, as well as the honorary Chairwoman of the All-Ukrainian Women's Society of Olena Teliga – #OlgaKobets within the framework of the "Literary Work" nomination of the International Media Festival-Competition "PresVesna on the Dnieper Slopes".

While reflecting on the memorable dates of this day, the tragic death of Ukrainian poetess and fighter for Ukrainian independence Olena Teliha was not overlooked.

The dialogues brought together young journalists and the older generation.

The headliner of the meeting, writer Iryna Rozdobudko, presented her novel "Incredible. An Ode to Joy," which tells the story of the life, uniqueness of character, and worldview of Olena Teliha.

The atmosphere of the creative meeting was enhanced by the unique original songs of bard and poet Igor Zhuk, as well as the heartfelt performance of poems from the cycle of Olena Teliha’s poetry by students of the VSP OMFK KNU named after Taras Shevchenko.

This meeting and conversation prompted reflection on the mission of writing and journalism in preserving and restoring the true Ukrainian Word.
